1. The service

CrunchyPic provides free online image tools (compressors, converters, resizer, cropper, and related utilities) at crunchypic.com. All processing happens locally in your browser — your images are never uploaded to our servers. The service is provided free of charge, "as is", with no account or signup required.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: don't attempt to disrupt it, don't use it for unlawful content, and don't misrepresent CrunchyPic as your own product. You remain responsible for the images you process and for having the rights to use them.

3. Intellectual property

The CrunchyPic name, logo, site design, and tool code are our property. You're welcome to link to our tools, but don't copy the site wholesale or imply endorsement.

4. No warranty

We work hard to keep every tool accurate and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect results for every file. Always keep a backup of important originals before processing.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrunchyPic isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of CrunchyPic after changes means you accept the updated terms.
