Reporting a bug
Because every CrunchyPic tool runs 100% in your browser, we can't see your images — which also means we need a little detail to help. Please include:
- Which tool you were using (e.g. Image Compressor, PNG to JPG)
- Your browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone)
- The image format you uploaded (JPG, PNG, WebP…)
- What happened vs. what you expected
